Bita Neyestani is Of Counsel to Gutierrez Law Firm PC, bringing four years of dedicated experience in employment law. Her practice focuses on advocating for employees who have been wronged in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on issues of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, as well as wage and hour violations.
Bita holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from UCLA and a Master’s in Public Policy from Pepperdine University. She obtained her law degree from the University of West Los Angeles. Also, she holds mediation certifications.
